I know it has been posted before, but its really old, and i cant seem to get it to work.... Thus, can anyone make a real quick quote system based on the following?

!addquote - ads a quote (anyone)
!delquote <#> - deletes a quote by using its id (ONLY OPS AND HIGHER)
!quote - brings up a random quote (anyone)
!quote <#> - choose a specific quote (anyone)
!searchquote <terms> - search the database for whatever is added instead of "<terms>" (anyone)


if you can do this, i would be quite happy
