Joining Chatters Address Or Nicks Rate Topic: -----

Hi,

In some rooms the mods can see all the nicks & address that a joining chatter uses but I can't work out for the life of me how it's done. Is it a command that goes somewhere in the script eeditor? A plug-in? What am I missing?

Chances are, said mods are IRC Operators. If that is the case, depending on the server setup, they may see when users join/part channels. They would also see users in private/secret channels.
